I run XP Pro with "Diskeeper" on it and lately I'm getting a report that an error has been detected with an MMC "Snap-in" with the suggestion that I shut down MMC and restart - went to the Microsoft web site but had a problem following it and still do not know how to shut it down or fix the problem - any ideas? - DJ

The problem seems to be covered in this page with a link at the top to obtain a hotfix to resolve the problem. Have you been on that page?

No, I had not found that page but have now and have requested the "hotfix" which is supposed to be coming by email - thanks Mike - appreciate it - DJ
