Brother MFC 4820C

Hi all,

Has anyone got or ever had a Brother MFC 4820C.
Mine has the error 41 problem, and through googling i once found a site in the US where a new print head was a hell of a lot cheaper to buy than here in the UK. The new head is supposed to solve this error problem, which apparently is an occurring issue with this model. I never bookmarked the site and now i can't find it Sad

I wonder if it's just a Print-head reset that is required?

That's a widespread problem with all Brother MFC series printers and Brother did extend customers warranties for an extra 12 months.

Not sure how old your printer is but did you ever get on to Brother and give them an ear bashing ? .... the cheek of them to continue selling models knowing this problem exisited !!

Boparts.com sell the part but you might have to email them to check it will do your model too as it's not listed but I think it's the one you need ??
