PostSubject: keyboard & mouse pref's missing in system pref's in macosx 10.3.9   Sun Mar 22, 2009 11:41 pm

Hi,

The icon is there but when I click on it a blank window opens, instead of the usual one I used to get. Could it be that the kb&m settings file is missing? If so what's it's name, where should it be and where can I dl it? I have thie original panter disks but the install disk won't boot, it shows the apple anc a wheel turning but nothing else.

I'm stuck
ps: The puter is an imac g3/333

I suspect the relevant file might be "Keyboard.prefPane" in the path:

/System/Library/PreferencePanes

I can let you have a copy of the file from Mac OS 10.4.11 but I don't know if it would be compatible.
