Bob,"You are not logged in as administrator, Please log off and log in as administrator"Try this: Go into "Control Panel > User Accounts", and click the link to "Turn User Account Control on or off" and turn it OFF. Then see if the CD will run.
If not, open the Command Prompt window with Administrator rights. Go to "Start > All Programs > Accessories", right click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. At the prompt, type...
cd\...and press Enter. This will change the prompt to
C:\>Now type...
X: (where "x" is the drive letter of your CD/DVD drive)...and press Enter, which will change the prompt to your optical drive's letter. Let's say it is drive "D". At the
D:\> prompt, type
dir and press Enter, which will show the directories (folders) and files in the root of the CD. Look for a file called something like "setup.exe" and, if it's there, type that at the
D:\> prompt, which should start the installation.
It's a bit long-winded but...
