Greetings All,

I would imagine that most of you will be aware of the recent clocked vulnerability in Firefox 3.5.

For those who have missed it, a new version 3.5.1 is available with a patch for the flaw.
The advice is not to use FF until you have installed this update.

If you have Zone Alarm version 6, you may experience problems due to expired certificates relating to dll files.

They expired at midnight on 15th July (last night).

Here's what to do:

Method 1 - change the date on the system to 15th July or before, restart. Then uninstall ZA and replace it with the latest version.

Method 2 - might be needed because ZA leaves behind a lot of stuff after uninstalling (even using Revo to do it.)

Start up in Safe Mode and then uninstall ZA. ...

This might be a blonde question but I am curious as to the possibilities:

Is it possible or in the future a feasable 'might happen' that if you hook a tower that you know has viruses in it to a monitor that you use for a tower that does not have viruses in it that the viruses in the first tower could be transmitted to the monitor and then through that to second tower or transmitted to other peripheals such as printers etc?

Yes, I have never heard of it but I was just wondering

I have reported it to my CC company who have not heard of this one before and no money has been taken from my account.

This is a fake, so do not open it.

1) Letters of both Upper and Lower case.

Hi

I hope you can help.

I am a small business and a member of staff received a call from someone she sent an email to saying there was an attachment containing not nice stuff, Soft porn etc.

The orginal message had no attachments. I sent the same message to myself and no attachment. It hasn't happened to any other emails sent from the same computer.

Is this a virus and if so, is it our end or the recipients end?

Thanks for your help.
