He then installed XP because he was told that the program would work with that. It didn't! He then put Vista back in and got the program to work - Problem: Now every now and then a window pops up asking for the product key. I have tried on numerous occasions to install SP2 but it always hangs on 92%. I've done many searches but been unable to find a difinitive answer.

I've had to hide the update until I can get the darn thing sorted, any help would be appreciated.

I have all other updates installed.
